Details: We bought her and 4 weeks later she was diagnosed with a portosystemic shunt. We have spent $1,100.oo in Vet bills and we have to pay an additional $3,900.00 for her surgery or she will die.  She came home with a runny nose and a cough, which was diagnosed as kennel cough. We have 2 other dogs which then had kennel cough and that cost us $110.67.

Name: Troyer, Wayne A.
DBA:
Address:
City: Millersburg
County:
State: OH
Zip: 44654

Miscellaneous:
This breeder appears to be unlicensed by USDA.  There is a possibility that the breeder has recently been licensed and is not yet appearing on public record or the breeder may be exempt from licensing.  I will continue to monitor this breeder for any further activity.  In the meantime, if you feel your puppy was sold illegally, you can contact USDA to have the matter investigated.  A sample complaint form can be found at http://www.petshoppuppies.com/fac.htm

Note: I show two Wayne Troyer's licensed by UDSA but neither is in Millersburg.  Troyer is a common Amish dog farmer name with 33 licensed by USDA and many more unlicensed.  Since many of the Amish have the same last names, and even first names, I suggest going ahead and filing a complaint with USDA to see if this breeder is trying to avoid licensing under the federal Animal Welfare Act.
