Please note that this information on fees is mandatory. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) waves all fees less than $25 and also does not charge for the first 100 pages of documents. I have never had a report that even came close to 100 pages, nor have I ever been charged a fee because the fees never exceeded $25. If you are charged a fee, you will receive a letter first.
