It is my belief that all of the information provided on breeders and brokers is available through the Freedom of Information Act and the names and addresses of persons holding a Class "A" or Class "B" license. Names and information found in databases is obtained through USDA press releases and freedom of information act information. It is not intended to imply that anyone is a 'puppy mill' but simply give you the tools needed to research the breeder of your pet shop puppy.

The information contained within the AKC revocation/suspension pages are from published reports in the AKC Gazette. As the viewer of this information, you should know that there are many persons with the same or similar names in any given town or city. Do not assume that a breeder seen on the suspension/revocation pages is any particular breeder. If you suspect that a breeder that has had their AKC privileges revoked is still doing business in AKC registered dogs, you should visit the AKC website to see what action you should take. The information contained within the auction pages are from published flyers distributed by the auction companies.

Information contained in individual "puppy reports" are submitted by pet shop customers, and are believed to be in good faith. If you feel information is inaccurate, contact me and I will further research the case and remove information believed to have been submitted by customers in bad faith.
