This website is run by one person, is not an organization or a business, and has no volunteers or employees.  All cases are worked as quickly as possibly, and all emails are responded to whenever possible. 

Most of the questions asked by email, are ones already answered on the links provided on this site.  Some of the most common questions asked are:

• Did my puppy come from a puppy mill?

• I submitted a form but never got a response.

• I didn't get my puppy at a petshop, can you help me?

• I am with the media and am working on a puppy mill story, can you provide me with information?

• Can you help me sue the pet shop?

• I am a student doing a report on puppy mills, can you help me?

All of these questions and more are answered on links provided on this website.  I am currently working 10 or more cases a day, which consume most of my time.  If you are unable to find the answers to your questions, you may email me, but if your question is one already answered on the website, you will not receive a response.  I apologize for the callousness of this statement, but unfortunately, it is the only way in which I can continue to dedicate my time to working cases, which is the purpose of this website.
